When you place a reservation, we authorise your card to confirm your order — but we do not charge you immediately. Your card is only charged when your device is confirmed ready for delivery and a delivery slot is booked. You will receive an email and SMS notification at least 48 hours before the charge is applied. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, and also offer Cash on Delivery for orders within Qatar.

Bidoki devices are currently available for delivery and installation in قطر. We are actively expanding across the GCC — UAE, KSA, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Oman are expected to launch in phases through 2026–2027. If you are based outside Qatar, you can join the waitlist for your country on the Shop page and we will notify you as soon as we go live in your region.

• Personal Water Spring (AWG): You can cancel your order within 3 days of placement for a full refund. After that, cancellations are subject to a 15% personalization charge. Delivered Products can only be returned if unopened and unused.

• Other Products: If you return an unopened product within the legal time window (14 days from delivery for GCC countries), you will receive a full refund.

Log into your Bidoki account and navigate to My Devices → Service Requests. Select your device, describe the issue, and choose a preferred date and time slot. A certified Bidoki technician will be assigned and you will receive a confirmation within 24 hours. For urgent issues, you can also reach our support team via WhatsApp and we will prioritise emergency visits within 48 hours for active warranty devices.

Your Bidoki warranty covers all manufacturing defects, compressor failure, filtration system malfunctions, electronic faults, and any issue arising from normal home use for 12 months from the date of delivery. It includes two scheduled maintenance visits — at 6 months and 12 months — at no additional cost. Damage caused by improper installation, physical damage, or use outside the specified operating conditions is not covered. Extended warranty plans are available for purchase beyond the first year. Water quality generated by each machine will be tested every 6 months. The water test after installation of the machine following the delivery  will be free of charge but water quality test in month 6 and 12 needs to be paid by the customer. If during the warranty period there was a need for the filter change, the consumable costs like filters cost also needs to be paid by the customer. Bidoki Global only install the filters free of charge for you.

Every Bidoki device is enrolled in a bi-annual (every 6 month) water quality testing program. We dispatch a sterile vial kit to your address by our agent  to simply collect a water sample and deliver it to the accredited 3rd party independent laboratory. The sample is then tested at accredited laboratory for key parameters including pH level, Total Dissolved Solids (TDS in ppm), and bacterial count. Your full report is published in your customer dashboard within 5–7 working days, complete with a PASS or FAIL status and downloadable PDF. In case there was a problem in the water test results, automatically Bidoki Global maintenance team will be notified to visit your address and fix the problem. During the warranty period these maintenance visits are free of charge and customer will only pay for the consumables like filters.

Bidoki Credit is our loyalty currency. You earn 2% Bidoki Credit on every purchase. Your Bidoki Credit is stored in your account wallet and can be used to reduce the price of future purchases, or to be donated directly to our partner charities in the GCC. There is a 365 days expiry on your Bidoki Credit balance and you will receive notifications during the 365 days validity to use your rewarded credit on new purchases or to donate it to the charity.

A percentage of each sales goes directly to charity partners in Qatar. If you choose to donate your Bidoki Credit, we will pay the charity on your behalf and you will receive a confirmation from both Bidoki Global and the charity confirming receipt of the payment.
